Investment/Manufacture I: Truckvan invests BRA3m modernizing body construction facilities in Guarulhos

Brazil - Bespoke builder of highly specialist aluminium containers and bodies for trucks and trailers, Truckvan Industria e Comercio Ltda (Truckvan) of Guarulhos, State of Sao Paulo (SP) plans to invest BRA3m (USD750,000) this year at its factory in Guarulhos to modernize, improve its production efficiency and to raise output. The bulk of this investment is focused on purchasing new production machinery, development of a new internal parts handling system and remodelling the factory layout to achieve higher standards of efficiency and productivity. Following its investment, Truckvan expects to be able to achieve a monthly output of 50 semi-trailers and 120 truck bodies.(Its current monthly production capacity is 40 units semi-trailers and 100 truck bodies).
