Michelin restarting 'gradually'

Michelin UK resuming production at Stoke retreading factory. Following shutdowns around Europe in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Michelin has announced plans to "gradually" restart operations around the world. Michelin's retreading operation in Stoke-on-Trent is perhaps the closest to home, but there are numerous similar restarts taking place around the Europe and beyond.
