PolyOne: Name change to Avient Corporation after Clariant Masterbatch acquisition

PolyOne Corporation has completed its purchase of the colour masterbatch businesses of Clariant and Clariant Chemicals India Ltd.PolyOne also announced that it has changed its name and will now be called Avient.This was announced by the company on 1 July 2020.The entry into the agreement to acquire the Clariant Master-batch business was originally announced in December 2019.
