On 13 May 2019, Chemours filed a lawsuit in the Delaware Court of Chancery, accusing DuPont of fraudulently offloading its Fluoro-products legacy liabilities. On 30 March 2020, Judge Samuel Glasscock ruled that his Court has no jurisdiction in this matter, advising the parties to resolve their dispute by following the arbitration protocols set out in the Separation Agreement.
