Chemours Sues DuPont Alleging Unfair Provisions in the Separation Agreement

When Chemours Co. was spun off as a separate entity by DuPont nearly five years ago, it heralded a new era in which the world's largest and lowest-cost TiO2 pigment producer would be able to demonstrate its prowess, free from the constraints of a multi-activity market-driven science company with a strong footprint in agriculture, advanced materials, and biotechnology.
