Lomon Billions (headquartered in Jiaozuo, Henan province) was created in October 2016 by the reverse takeover by Henan Billions of Sichuan Lomon's TiO2 business. The transaction was valued at Rmb 9 billion (equivalent to $US 1.3 billion). Sichuan Lomon retained its substantial dicalcium phosphate and fertiliser phosphate business and its Fusheng biotechnology enterprise.
