US: Chemours Doubles Its Captive Feedstock Capacity in Florida & Georgia

Chemours Co. has acquired the entire business and assets of Southern Ionics Minerals, a subsidiary of Southern Ionics Inc. (a private company, owned by Mr Milton Sundbeck and headquartered in West Point, MS). Southern Ionics produces a variety of minerals and chemicals at 13 different sites. Its annual sales revenue is estimated at around $US 100 million.
