Product Requirement Analysis Based on the Improved House of Quality

摘要

For product demanding with uncertainty and diversity, based on the previous theoretical studies, this paper improves the traditional house of quality (HOQ)to the house of quality tree(HOQT). That make the process of changing from the product requirement to product function is more reasonable and specific. To the relationship matrix of the HOQ, the paper has calculated the gray correlation between demand and function, to get the HOQ's correlation matrix. The original functional characteristics of the quality house is a qualitative method, which has some limitations in practical application. According to the idea of cross impact, the risk factors of each feature are considered. The weight of the functional characteristics is corrected by determining the mutual influence between risk events. In this paper, the weight of the functional characteristics of the mutual influence is obtained, which is more practical. Finally the paper gets an effective product demand analysis solutions.
