摘要

Although studies on massive transfusion often focus on the ratio of fresh frozen plasma to packed red blood cells (FFP:pRBC) ratio associated with survival, they rarely address when clinical coagulopathy has been corrected. We sought to determine what ratio of FFP: pRBC was associated with correction of coagulopathy and achievement of hemostasis in patients who had massive transfusion protocol (MTP) activation using a pragmatic, retrospective approach.
