The European Commission has urged companies to pre-register all chemicals by December 1st 2008 to comply with the new EU Registration,Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation.The Regulation comes into force this June and includes agrochemical intermediates and co-formulants (Agrow No 513,p 7).
