MENTORING

Few professions involve a greater degree of continued learning than the quality profession. Tasked with ensuring that organisations fulfil their missions and deliver on their expectations, quality professionals must, by definition, be committed to excellence. This entails a commitment to their own development in order to be the best they can be. A proven method of building on one's professional learning and development is mentoring. We speak to some of our members who have joined the CQI and IRCA mentoring programme to find out more about their journey.
