Benign prostatic hyperplasia surgery and patient's information: What do patients understand and remember?

Introduction. - Preoperative information is a key to adherence to treatment for the patients, but may be misunderstood because of its density and complexity. The aim of this study was to assess comprehension and satisfaction of patients about preoperative information of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) surgery. Factors influencing patient understanding were also studied.
