As we noted last month our rig countforecast is about 1,015 average for the year. Inthe chart below, we’ve plotted the rig countfrom the low point through the current weeklytally. We’ve plotted oil prices for the sameperiod but shifted the numbers forward about 5months which, at least in this cycle, appears tobe the lag between price movement and rigadjustments.
