The influence of two doses of byproduct obtained after second centrifugation in a two-step olive oil mill on Wheat (cv. Cajeme) in dryland (Guadalquivir Valley, Andalusia, Spain) was studied, The analysis revealed higher contents of macronutrients and micronutrients for the plants fertilized with the higher byproduct dose. Grain N, P and K mineral content was significantly higher in the plots fertilized with higher dose of byproduct. The yields obtained and the alveographic assays showed that the byproduct showed great potential for use at least on the wheat variety tested and under the pedoclimatic conditions prevailing in the study area.
