The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) has prepared a proposal for shifting the plastic units spread in and around the City to Chandanvelli village of Ranga Reddy district by setting up a model plastic park with international standards in% 200 acres. After holding a meeting with the officials and the plastic manufacturers' association, TSIIC Chairman G. Balamallu stated that another green plastic cluster would be developed in 100 acres at Mankhal-Thummalur for expansion of the plastics industry. Managing Director of TSIIC E.V. Narsimha Reddy, president of Telangana, Andhra Plastic Manufacturers' Association Venugopal, its functionaries V. Anil Reddy, Bhiman Bhandari, Prem Kankaria, Rajgopal Mandhani and others attended the meeting.
