Sigmasoft presents its first Sigma Award to toolmaker, hot runner firm

Sigmasoft Engineering GmbH of Aachen, Germany, which makes simulation software for injection molding, presented its first-ever Sigma Award at its International Users Meeting. In fact, Sigmasoft named two winners: Frankenberg, Germany-based hot runner maker GLinther Heisskanaltechnik GmbH and mold maker Speedturtle of Batalha, Portugal. Marco Kwaitkowski, head of production and development at Gunther, explained how Sigmasoft helps the company optimize runners.
