Rover pipeline awaits FERC decision on startup

Energy Transfer Partners' Rover Pipeline is awaiting US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission decisions on recent requests to begin service on a more than 200-mile section of the 3.25 Bcf/d pipeline system in Ohio and on facilities that will provide new backhaul capacity on Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line and Trunkline Gas.
