Zimbabwe is not the easiest place in Africa to be an engineering consultant in the minerals sector as government indigenisation strategies deter foreign investors. However, Arimon Ngilazi, country manager for SRK Zimbabwe, remains hard at work with his sights set on keen prospects for the business and the mining industry.He believes there is opportunity to nurture a new breed of local investors who are excited about the potential of mining but not necessarily familiar with this part of Zimbabwe's economic terrain.
