摘要

Field bio-efficacy study was conducted during 2014-15 season for evaluation of Milastin-K (Bacillus subtilis KTSB-1015 1.5% A.S.) alone and in combination with Streptocycline, Copper Oxychloride, Carbendazim and Triadimefon for the management of bacterial blight {Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. punicae), Alternaria and Cercospora fruit spot diseases of pomegranate at University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot, Karnataka. Results compiled indicated that Milastin-K @ 2.0 ml/L alone as foliar spray recorded less bacterial blight severity (19.83% PDI) as compare to control (36.83% PDI) with reduction of bacterial blight on leaves (46.16%), fruits infected (54.99%) and fruit area infected (59.95%) over control. Similarly, Milastin-K @ 2.0 ml/L recorded minimum Alternaria fruit spot (13.33% PDI) with 54.55% reduction in disease and minimum Cercospora fruit spot (10.67% PDI) with 42.85% reduction in disease as compared to control. Likewise, the test formulation Milastin-K at different doses (1.00 and 2.00ml/L) is found effective as follow up spray one week after the spray of antibiotic combi-product Streptocycline and fungicides Copper oxychloride 50% WP @ 2.0 g/L, Carbendazim 50 WP @ 1.0 g/L and Triadimefon 25% WP @ 1.0 g/L) reducing infection more than85% for bacterial blight, 80% for Alternaria fruit spot and 70% for Cercospora fruit spot and giving more than 80% yield over control treatment.
