Ukraine investigates Lukoil

Russian private-sector oil company Lukoil has denied accusations by Ukraine’s security services that it smuggled refined products into the country in 2013-14. Lukoil and Ukraine’s Vetek smuggled $2bn of products, using the proceeds to finance pro-Russia separatists in the eastern regions of Donetsk and Lugansk, Ukrainian security services say.
