￡10m fund for active travel in Scotland: Scottish Government to support pop-up cycling and walking projects

The Scottish Government will fully fund a new infrastructure programme for pop-up walking and cycling routes or temporary improvements to existing routes to better enable physical distancing. Transport Scotland and Sustrans Scotland will provide a package of guidance and support to local authorities for improvements such as widened pavements and cycle lanes.
