The Loyola University Chicago School of Business Family Business Center named Drapery Connection the Illinois Small Family Business of the Year.The company started as a paint contracting business in 1939 under the name Bruno Movrich Co. Through the years, the company evolved into a paint and decorating products business, and eventually focused on window treatments, which is its current specialty.
