Family Enterprise in China Should Establish Win - Win System

摘要

Whether the developed country or the developing nation, the family enterprises are all extensively surviving and developing. Family enterprises (Fes) play an important role in the economy all over the world. Researches On Fes development are regarded as main subjects in many counties. But how to make Family Enterprises and government, society, large-scale enterprises I.e. are all the winners, is also a difficult problem. This article analyze all the external and internal factors influencing Fes' development . Then put forward the double win system of Chinese family enterprises in order to give some advice.
