Encounter Taipei: SRI 2018

More than 850 participants from 25 countries came to Taipei between June 10 to 15, 2018, for the 13th International Conference on Synchrotron Radiation Instrumentation (SRI 2018). Taipei is an amazing city, a vibrant and successful blend of traditional culture and modern lifestyle. The conference venue, Taipei International Convention Center, is located next to the Taipei 101 building, the most striking landmark in Taipei, surrounded by a commercial neighborhood, conveniently located near transportation hubs to access major destinations in Taiwan. SRI 2018 was hosted by the National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center (NSRRC), which is situated in Hsinchu Science Park, operating two synchrotron facilities, the 1.5-GeV Taiwan Light Source (TLS) and the 3-GeV Taiwan Photon Source (TPS).
