Dear Editor We read with great interest the article by Jazayeri M.R. about the role of concealed conduction (CC) and allied phenomena in the genesis, maintenance, and termination of cardiac arrhythmias. We want to address some points that merit more attention and would like to hear Dr. Jazayeri's opinions about the CC and paroxysmal atrioventricular (AV) block (PAVB) mechanisms.
