Outokumpu group adjusted EBITDA at Euro54m

In quarter one 2019, Outokumpu's sales increased to Euro1,715m, compared to Euro1,671m in the first quarter of 2018. The first quarter adjusted EBITDA of Euro54m was significantly lower than Euro 133m in the first quarter of 2018 driven particularly by increased graphite electrode and other input costs. Deliveries decreased due to high distributor inventories and softer demand in the Americas and Long Products.
