The Profile of Fund Acquisition of Scientific Libraries According to the Dynamics of the Information Needs of Scientists

This paper considers the theoretical foundations of a new national standard, as well as its provisions and methodological innovations that allow scientific libraries to significantly improve the composition and structure of a thematic typological plan for the acquisition of their funds.
