摘要

This paper introduces the research progress of the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICCAS) in the field of ablative phenolic resins in recent years. In order to improve the char yield and anti-oxidation of phenolic resins, new molecular structure design, synthesis, property tests and phase structure control for addition-curable and hybrid phenolic resins were carried out. A series of high-performance phenolic resins have been successfully developed and successfully applied in aerospace and other fields.
