The book Polymer Processing: Principles and Modeling provides theoretical essentials for the engineering of polymers, understanding the processes, a basis for the use of design software, and much more. It includes many exercises with solutions offered throughout the book to reinforce the concepts presented, and extensive illustrations. In comparison to the first edition from 1991, the second was expanded from six chapters to ten, and is reorganised, now opting to cover rheology in one consolidated second chapter rather than postponing viscoelasticity until chapter six.
