But even before Finance Minister Arun Jaitley arrived at the Parliament in New Delhi, in Mumbai members and delegates had already started registering their presence for the one-day Technical Seminar organised by the Western Region of the All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA) at the Holiday Inn at Saki Naka, Andheri. It was one of those events the Western Region of AIRIA holds periodically to keep its members and other stakeholders in the rubber industry abreast with the latest developments in the field by inviting experts from select domains for presentations on topics of interest.
