With responsibility for design across every facet of Transport for London's operations, Jon Hunter's main challenge is to respond to changing needs in a city of millions. In his role as head of design for Transport for London (TfL), Jon Hunter is responsible not only for overseeing train design, but for everything about the operator's iconic branding, from the roundel and tube map to signage, wayfinding and uniforms - even a new pictogram for face coverings. Having worked at TfL for 13 years, Hunter has been involved in everything from the operator's London 2012 Olympic Games activity through to the design and delivery of the new Elizabeth line and London Overground fleets. Prior to TfL, he worked at various design agencies in the Midlands, UK.
