Numerical simulation of port-wine stain blood vessel selective heating using a copper vapor laser with a scanner

Numerical simulation was used to select the most efficient, safe and secure scanner operating modes when treating port-wine stains with a copper vapor laser. Scanner operating modes for selective heating of dysplastic vessels in port-wine stains were determined.
