The glass-ceramics was fabricated with natural cooling yellow phosphorus furnace slag by melting method. The thermodynamic equilibrium states of fluorine and phosphorus was calculated by FactSage6.4 software package. The effects of CaF 2 and P 2 O 5 (added by KH 2 PO 4 ) on the crystallization and properties of glass-ceramics were investigated by means of differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the activation energy of crystallization was minimum by the addition of 0.98wt% CaF 2 and 0.98wt% P 2 O 5 . When the temperatures climb up 1350°C, 62.46wt% of F exists in slag, 29.36wt% of F exists in pure species, 8.18wt% of F exists in gas, and all P exists in pure species Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2 . The main crystalline phase was wollastonite (β-CaSiO 3 ) and it did not change with the increase of CaF 2 and P 2 O 5 .
