Euromoney acquires RISI

Euromoney PLC, the international online information and events group, recently acquired RISI, the leading price reporting agency for the global forest products market. The deal was valued at $125 million. Euromoney, listed on the London Stock Exchange, is an international business-to-business information group focused primarily on asset management, pricing, data and market intelligence, and banking and finance, under units including BCA Research, ‘Ned Davis Research, Metal Bulletin, Euro-money and Institutional Investor.
