Co-ops Advocate for Rural Infrastructure:At Capitol hearing, co-op leaders address critical need for modern infrastructure

The longer the nation waits to undertake repairs of eroding rural infrastructure, the more critical the need becomes and the more complex and costly the problem grows. That was the bottom line of much of the testimony delivered by cooperative leadersand others during a hearing in July before the House Agriculture Committee at a session titled The Status of Infrastructure in Rural America.
