摘要

Synthesis of ester-linked 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles was carried out in water through cycloaddition between benzoic acid prop-2-yn-1-yl esters and aromatic azides using cellulose-supported cuprous iodide nanoparticles. Structures of all the synthesized triazoles were confirmed by various spectral techniques like FT-IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectral techniques. The synthesized triazoles were evaluated in vitro for antibacterial and antioxidant activities. Results revealed that most of the synthesized compounds possess moderate to good activity. The structure of one triazole was further confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction.
