Australia's LNG exports continued to increase in 2018,although the growth rate has leveled off as key liquefaction plants along the east coast reach full production capacity.As it closes in on Qatar as the world's top supplier of LNG,Australia exported an estimated 66.5 million tons of LNG(8.8 billion cubic feet per day)in 2018,up around 20% from 2017,according to Energy Intelligence analysis of port and shipping data.That compares with 22 million tons(roughly 2.9 Bcf/d)from the US(p8).
