It was another rough week for US LNG exporters, both in the near-term markets and in the long-term investment outlook. Cargo cancellations continued to mount amid demand destruction created by the coronavirus, with Spain's Endesa having now canceled two US LNG shipments, according to European energy market specialist Montel. Endesa canceled one cargo from Cheniere Energy's Corpus Christi LNG terminal for June and one from Cheniere's Sabine Pass for July. These moves follow two cargo cancellations by Spanish utility Naturgy in February, also from Cheniere's Gulf Coast facilities.
