The US E&P sector is torn on what its top priority should be amid a chaotic and uncertain year,with executives split on whether they should maintain or grow output,or prioritize repaying debt.Results from the Dallas Federal Reserve's quarterly oil and gas survey found that roughly one-fifth of executives see maintaining production as their top priority over the next six months.Yet 16% of the 108 E&Ps that responded have production growth topping their agenda-the same number that are prioritizing debt repayment.Just 8% said their primary goal is to reduce costs.
