Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s office is investigating possible election fraud linked to a proposed ballot measure to repeal House Bill 6,which pits nuclear interests against the gas industry.Yost,a Republican,said in a letter to the US Attorney’s Office that potential charges could be filed against anyone found to have threatened or intimidated someone into not signing a petition to put the measure on the November 2020 ballot.
