Polish long product market is seeing a seasonal decline of buyer activity.All construction projects have been suspended on hard frost, and stockistshave taken a wait-and-see approach. At the same time, the domestic marketis lacking scrap, and steelmakers may bear additional power costs due tounfavourable weather conditions. In these conditions, Polish producerspreliminarily announce an increase in prices for ?February? rebar by aboutEUR 25/t (PLN 100/t) compared with a week ago.
