Azov-Black Sea ports cut overall cargo handling by 1.5 mt in June; only transshipment of agricultural cargoes increases

In June, the Azov-Black Sea ports handled a total of 24 mt ofvarious cargoes, 1.5 mt less than a month before. Onlytransshipment of agricultural cargoes came up at the regional ports.At Russian ports, cargo handling dropped by 818,000 t to 12.7 mt.In particular, it fell by 628,000 t in Novorossiysk, by 229,000 t inTuapse, by 95,000 t – at ports of the Taman Peninsula and by22,000 t – in Yeisk. The ports located in the Gulf of Taganrog expandedtransshipment by 157,000 t to 1.2 mt, of which 329,000 t was handledin Azov (up 89,000 t) and 628,000 t – in Rostov (up 80,000 t).
