Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park, New York City

Rogers Marvel Architects specified a variety of different colored metal composite material (MCM) panels for Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park. The pattern of colors refers to Brownstone buildings in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood and the MCM gives the projects' two buildings a modem look. In addition to the metal panels, the design uses limestone, which reflects white granite on nearby Brooklyn Bridge piers.
