Ingo Kniepert, the founder and CEO of tropextrakt GmbH, is visiting Cebu City, the fifth-largest city of the Philippines, located on the eponymous island of Cebu. The city is the centre of the second-largest conurbation in the Philippines. Besides an oil refinery and large commercial area for telecommunication and information technology, it is also home to the country's most important trade port, shipping tropical goods around the world.
