With questions heavily weighted on greenhouse gas emissions issues, and FERC’s consideration of them in the order approving Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP), judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit asked lawyers supporting and opposing the Commission to defend their positions at oral argument January 28.
