FERC Issues Environmental Review Schedule for North Baja Pipeline’s North Baja XPress Project

The Commission issued a notice February 14, of the environmental review schedule for North Baja Pipeline, LLC’s (CP20-27) North Baja Xpress Project involving construction and operation of facilities in La Paz County, Arizona and Imperial County, California. The Commission’s staff plans to issue an environmental assessment by July 17, 2020, and the 90-day federal authorization decision deadline is Oct. 15, 2020.
