FERC Accepts, Suspends, Sets for Hearing Columbia Gas Transmission's Tariff Filing

The Commission issued an order August 31, accepting and suspending Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC's (RP20-1060) Primary Case tariff records to be effective Feb. 1, 2021, subject to refund and the outcome of hearing procedures, and setting the language of the pro forma tariff records of the Preferred Case for hearing. The Commission determined that, based upon a review of the filing, Columbia's proposed tariff records had not been shown to be just and reasonable.
