FERC Accepts and Suspends Sea Robin's Tariff Filing, Establishes Hearing and Settlement Judge Procedures

The Commission issued a letter order (162 FERC 61,178) February 28, accepting and suspending Sea Robin Pipeline Co. LLC's (RP18-369) revised tariff filing about determining retrograde condensate. The tariff is to be effective 8/1/18, subject to refund pending the outcome of a hearing and settlement procedures. The Commission held the hearing in abeyance and directed that a settlement judge be appointed.
