摘要

The paper presents a facile wet chemical method to synthesize nearly spherical FeNi3 particles via the hydrazine reduction with average diameter of about 150 nm which display excellent soft magnetic properties and the saturation magnetization reaches 95.6 emu/g. FeNi3/NiZn-ferrite nanocomposite particles with various weight ratio were prepared by hydrothermal method. Their shape, size and microstructure were characterized by XRD, FETEM, VSM and TG analysis. The magnetic measurement results reveal that the saturation magnetization of nanocomposite is proportional to the weight ratio. Moreover, the FeNi3/NiZn-ferrite nanocomposite particles with weight ratio 8: 1 have low coercivity(100 Oe) and high saturation magnetization(87.6 emu/g) compared with other samples. Meanwhile, its real part of the permeability (mu'), reaches about 11.8 and is almost independent of frequency which ranges up to 100 MHz. The FeNi3/NiZn-ferrite nanocomposite particles with weight ratio 8: 1 maintains high quality factor and low eddy current loss.
