摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of preparing a nano complex resin composition of ethylene-propylene rubber which is used effectively as a rubber resin composition requiring high strength, stability at high temperature and enhanced processability in comparison with conventional compositions. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of: melting ethylene-propylene rubber at room temperature-80deg.C to obtain melted material; adding 1-10wt.% of lamella clay nano particles (based on 100wt.% of the melted ethylene-propylene rubber) to the melted material to make the first mixture; adding 1-2wt.% of processability enhancer (based on 100wt.% of ethylene-propylene rubber) to the first mixture, so as to make the second mixture; and adding 1-5wt% of co-crosslinking agent together with 1-7.5wt.% of crosslinking agent (based on 100wt.% of ethylene-propylene rubber) to the second mixture, and mixing.
